IMPORT OC’S ATHLETIC SCHEDULES INTO YOUR OUTLOOK CALENDAR

2008-09 Spring Sports Schedule (January-May; does not include basketball)

Right click on this link and choose “SAVE AS” to a folder you can find easily.
In Outlook, select FILE --> IMPORT AND EXPORT... (Locate file that you just saved from Step 1)
Select “Import from another program or file” and click Next.
Select “Comma Separated Values (Windows)” and click Next.
Find the “2008-09OCAthleticsSpringSchedule.csv” file you just saved and click OK.
Select “Do not import duplicate items” and click Next.
Select “Calendar” and click Next.
The next window will have a title that says “The following actions will be performed:” above an option to “Import ‘2008-09OCAthleticsSpringSchedule.csv’ into folder: Calendar.”
Click Finish.

2008-09 Basketball Schedule (includes both men’s and women’s games)

Right click on this link and choose “SAVE AS” to a folder you can find easily.
In Outlook, select FILE --> IMPORT AND EXPORT... (Locate file that you just saved from Step 1)
Select “Import from another program or file” and click Next.
Select “Comma Separated Values (Windows)” and click Next.
Find the “2008-09OCBasketballSchedule.csv” file you just saved and click OK.
Select “Do not import duplicate items” and click Next.
Select “Calendar” and click Next.
The next window will have a title that says “The following actions will be performed:” above an option to “Import ‘2008-09OCBasketballSchedule.csv’ into folder: Calendar.”
Click Finish.

2008-09 Fall Sports Schedule (August-November; does not include basketball)

Right click on this link and choose “SAVE AS” to a folder you can find easily.
In Outlook, select FILE --> IMPORT AND EXPORT... (Locate file that you just saved from Step 1)
Select “Import from another program or file” and click Next.
Select “Comma Separated Values (Windows)” and click Next.
Find the “2008-09OCAthleticsFallSchedule.csv” file you just saved and click OK.
Select “Do not import duplicate items” and click Next.
Select “Calendar” and click Next.

Click Finish.
