David Scott joined the Oklahoma Christian men's soccer team as head coach in 2006, and now carriers a 35-25-10 career record.
He led the Eagles to the NAIA Region VI semifinals in 2007 after recording one of the best records in program history in 2006.
At 12-5-2, Scott improved OC’s 2005 win total by six games and led the team to a No. 12 final ranking before advancing to the NAIA National Tournament quarterfinals.
The successful 2006 campaign earned the Yukon, Okla., native SAC Coach of the Year honors.
Scott came to OC after serving as an assistant coach at the University of Central Arkansas, Southwestern Oklahoma State University and Saint Leo University (Fla.).
As a player, Scott was a three-time all-conference and all-region goalkeeper at Central Arkansas. He served as team captain for four years and set school marks for wins, shutouts, saves, games played and minutes played.
Scott graduated in 2001 with a degree in graphic arts and stayed at UCA as an assistant coach. The Bears won the 2002 Gulf South Conference championship and advanced to the NCAA Division II Final Four. They were No. 3 in the final national poll.
Scott returned to Oklahoma in 2003, earning his MBA at Southwestern Oklahoma State while also serving as a women’s soccer assistant coach.
In 2004, he moved to Florida, where he was an assistant at Saint Leo for two years. The Lions won the 2005 Sunshine State Conference championship and advanced to the NCAA Division II regional finals.

Tom Odhiambo, one of the greatest goal scorers in NAIA history, also joined the Eagle coaching staff in 2006.
Odhiambo was a member of three NAIA national championship teams at Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) before transferring to Oklahoma Christian in 2001. That season, the Kisumu, Kenya, native scored 22 goals to help the Eagles reach the NAIA national quarterfinals.
Overall, Odhiambo was a four-time NAIA All-American and ranks fifth in NAIA career goals (108) and sixth in points (254).
Odhiambo has coaching experience at the collegiate, high school and club levels. His coaching stops include Putnam City West High School, Edmond Santa Fe High School, the Southern Kentucky Soccer Club and the Edmond Soccer Club.
Odhiambo has a wife, Claudia, and two children, Isabela and Simba.

Ryan Frampton Graduate Assistant & Junior Varsity Coach |
Ryan Frampton joins the Eagle coaching staff for 2010-11 with duties primarily revolving around the junior varsity squad.
Frampton, a four year starter at defender for the Eagles, was a two-time All-SAC first-team selection, an All-SAC Tournament pick as a junior and was the Sooner Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year as a senior.
Frampton was a member of the 2006 squad that became the conference runnerup team and made a trip to the NAIA national tournament quarterfinals. He was also a key component to the Eagle squad last year that only allowed 15 goals during the season.
A native of Moore, Okla., Frampton and his wife Lauren (Warcup) live in Edmond.

Oklahoma Christian inducted its five newest Athletic Hall of Fame members on Friday, including a first for the university – a current student.
Men’s basketball star Charlie Smith, tennis coach Kris Miller, track standout Kathy (Nelson) Belcoff, softball ace Leah Carrell and current track and cross country All-American Silas Kisorio participated in the formal induction ceremony, held in OC’s Gaylord University Center.
Don Meyer, the NCAA leader in career men’s basketball coaching wins with 923, was the keynote speaker. The former coach at OC’s sister institution, Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tenn., praised the five inductees for developing their athletic gifts and encouraged the 250 people in attendance to do the same with the gifts they’d been blessed with by God.
